We all know that art is important… but just how much? What benefits does it have for kids – aside from having fun? We all know the basics – it helps kids boost their creativity. But there is much more to it than that. It helps them focus. They learn to look at things from different perspective and to solve problems (whether it is “how to turn this clay into an owl” or “what color should I use to make the picture filled with energy.” They learn to use nonverbal communication to express themselves and they practice collaborating with others.
